we're having the same problem. they replaced the anti theft junction box (there is a service bulletin for this) but it will cost you about $470.00 and there is a computer problem as well. it took 3 months for them to find this out. the computer is on order for ours..$1500.00they want nothing to do with it. you are right, the battery is fine but ours would be drained dead in a matter of hours of shutting off the car. don't give up on the reasons they give you...the vehicle has serious issues. im selling or trading ours as soon as its fixed.

lube everything that moves on that door with white lithium grease, also lube the door latch.

If it is not ejecting the DVD and it says that it is you might want to take it to a dealership. It is under warranty and they will be able to help you out.

Do not disassemble in car, appears top nuts under dash area, must use spring compressor, take caution under extreme pressure, take to shop or replace as entire unit. I have over 200k, and mine are still good, so beware of shops that want to replace because of mileage.

Shold be under engine on middle.

enginecodes.com will tell u what those codes mean. then start at the beginning and go to the end fixin as u can. I had the same problems all last summer .lol.
