2004 Saturn VUE - Page 2 Questions & Answers
At lower speeds (30-40mph), the rpm's fluctuate
Hi, Due to fact you still have warranty I strongly recommend to take it back to where you purchased as otherwise they can claim you have created the problem by messing with it. Sounds like faulty RPM Gauge or slight air leak in fuel side. This is best I can advise as you do not state model or make of vehicle, still take it back to dealer 1st. Please leave me feedback, Malcolm Campbell.
Hello,
My 2004 Saturn Vue is
I have read all your problem, and I know that you can get the solution of your problem at Toolsnyou.com.
It's an online store, they have manuals of all the vehicles and I'm sure you will get your vehicle repair manual there.
Last week my car also faced some problem and I got the manual over their. Try it once. I'm sharing the link here kindly check it.

Why does my 2004 Saturn Vue squeak constantly
If it is not your brakes, or your rear shoes, being so they have been replaced, you may have a wheel bearing bad in the rear, or you may have a caliper that is not releasing pressure on the slides causing the brake to drag just a little. I think sense it is coming from the rear of the vehicle i am going to lean towards it being a wheel bearing. One more thing you can try, push the emergency or parking brake on half way when you hear the squeak not enough to lock up the brakes but enough so the brakes touch the drum. If the squeak stops then your parking brakes are you culprit!
04 vue - power down light comes on... car simply won't accelerate
I don't have the answer my friend BUT, the computer believes there's something wrong so it puts the vehicle into "Limp Home Mode". You say it isn't giving you a code to figure what's wrong but the computer memory will show it. No mistake. That's what it's there for. Take it to an Auto Zone parts and tell them what's going on. They will get the code for you and not charge you for it in hopes THEY will get the job of repairs and parts.
