Runs really poor
so many things could be causing this. first check your fuel pump. if it is working then check all your fuel filters. if you havent replaced them i would because you cant really test these. one inside the fuel tank and one or two along the fuel line under the chassis. if you can take off your cap on the fuel rail and check your fuel pressure make sure it is to spec. it looks like a tire valve on some fuel rails (under your hood). if it squirts fuel out chances are (but not always) your fuel pump is working. once you change all this stuff and check all this, if the problem still exists then you have to look at your fuel injectors but it sounds like your fuel is not reaching the injectors. if the fuel is ok and pressure is ok and fuel pump is ok then your timing may have jumped. you will need to replace the timing belt. You need to make sure the gear shifter is in park. Sometimes, they can slip of just an inch and the car wont start. If not, the ignition switch is probably could be bad. The only way you can do is change the whole ignition box. The security system may be locked as well. If this is the case, you will have to call the dealership for the reset code. You will need all the vehicle information. If you need anything, please right me back. I am here to help. Thank you very much for choosing FixYa.

turn the heater on high, this will only cool the engine slightly (should get you home). it sounds like the engine coolant is low. if it has the proper amount of coolant, you will need to replace the thermostat.
Water is leaking slightly from the dash area. It
If you are using the AC or defroster, it is most likely the drain is clogged. When the AC runs, it will condense water on the evaporator. This is supposed to drain outside the car but if the drain is clogged it will back up and spill into the car. There should be a rubber drain tube on the evaporator box normally on the passenger side.
I do not have a clue as to cost.
What causes the brake pedal
First test the master cylinder.with the engine off. Is the pedal firm. Is it holding pressure. If you say yes the master cyclinder is good. Now turn the vehicle on. does the pedal go to the floor.?.Now the ABS light doesnt have to be on to detect a problem ABS modules do fail. If it goes to the floor with the engine on and doesnt go to the floor with engine off. ABS motor module is no good. Why because the ABS motor pistons are not at it proper postion. Remember engine off we tested brakes without the ABS. Key on engine running we now test ABS. if it sink at this point the fix is a new abs module. Here the thing if you replace the module it will have to be flashed , the engine management will not communicate with it or recognize it

Have the cat converter check for failure and blocking the exhaust pipe. No codes will show . Test by hitting the cat converter with the heel of your hand and if it rattles get a new one.
200R SATURN ION 3 AC BLOWING COLD AIR. HAD TECH
Some times we overfill the system when charging it up if this is not the case then go back to the tech...oh and check your relays, they are under the hood in a fuse box and marked you will need a precision screw driver set to do this as you will need to carefully uncover the relays if you are not sure that they are making a clicking sound which indicates that they are still good. there are high and low speed relays or it could be your check valve acting up. In any event go back to the tech if not sure what to do.
Coolant leak
Hose ? The drain valve on the lower radiator ? The water pump has what's called a weep hole built into it. When the water pump fails water weeps out of that little hole to let you know it's bad. I think the ion probably has the water pump onth the front of the engine under the plastic cover ? ( not sure on that ) if it is the water will leak from behind that plastic cover making it look like its coming from the area where the oil pan and that plastic meet. It could get blown around by the cooling fan making it look a lot worse that it is. Check the lower hose and all the other coolant hoses for cracks or leaks as well as the entire radiator area ( sides, top, bottom ) check your rad cap when its cool and be sure the rubber seal on the inside of the cap is good and not cracked or dry rotted. If it is then when the water gets hot and pressure builds in the rad it will leak. When its cold it may not.
HVAC Blower stopped working
The fuse you replaced powers the hvac control. The run relay is powered by a 30amp fuse in the fuse box near the battery. Is the relay getting power from that 30amp fuse ?
