How do I replace a tension arm pulley on 1997
This is easier done through the passenger wheel well with the tire and splash shield removed.
Remove the belt, remove the two bolts holding the tensioner to the engine. Sometimes it helps to remove the motor mount and jack up the engine a little to get a the bolt closest to the fron t of the vehicle.

I am loosing all power

When the battery is dead, the key cannot be removed. You can either charge the battery, and remove the key or, there is a access panel (small) under the steering column, remove this, and push a small pluger to the left, while holding the plunger, remove the key.

When you says "not reset" I could assuming that you was make a soft-reset (disnconnecting negavtive cable battery) and your check engine light stay on.Then its possible that your fault code keep stored in the PCM and need to solve before to delete this warning; I suggest scanned the PCM (computer) to know exactly what code si there and what to dso it to solve it. Visit Autozone or AutoShop with scanner reader tools (sometimes make this job for free).Keep us updated.

Check resistance across each of your fuel injectors.Assuming an sl2,resistance should be 11.5 to 12.5 ohms. Measure after it shuts down. You are looking for one that has low resistance. This is not for sure, but it's a good thing to eliminate.

the problem is the horn diaphram is weak and you will have to replace the horn assembly.the numbers on the fuses is the amp rating of the fuse not voltage for your information.

This is for a manual transmission, where the bushing in the stick shift tends to fall out making the vehicle stay in gear. You will need a bushing to access it you will have to remove the stick shift cover and remove the middle dash to access the linkage there you should see how the linkage has disconnected

let the car run for fourty five minutes to an hour with the radio turned on. after that time turn the radio off press and hold presets 5 and 6 for about ten seconds then use the seek and tune buttons to put in your code. what was your code that you are entering is it your personal code or a default dealer code. your radio should display 1n0p is this right?

at that age you need new timing gears and chain, they sell complete kits on eBay for less than a hundred bucks. while you are in there replace the water pump too unless you know it has already been replaced. the oil pump is at the bottom, might want to consider that also.

if you have no heat inside the car, but the engine is otherwise running well then you have a plugged heater core. replacing it is not something you do in an hour with a hammer and pliers. take it to a shop which does heating and A/C work on cars and pay them to do the whole job. that will save you the money of having it towed there to have them finish the job when you realize you are in over your head and the car is disabled.
