You'll need to crawl under the car and check for power on the small terminal of the stater with the key in the crank position. Knowing if you have power there will help to give you a direction to go in. If you don't have a test light or a multi meter, you can jump the large wire at the starter to the small wi at the stater with the key in the off position. my 1997 Saturn. All of the lights come on but will not start. the door locks are not working also. What do I do?

Could be a bad alternator.. It may not be holding charge. Or your starter could have failed.Though I've had the same problem and it was a dead battery in my vehicle. Had enough power, but to keep the car on..

check the terminals, and the relay. if the terminals are constantly touching then it will always have a closed circuit causing the horn to never *******.

You open the drivers side door along the inside there are 8 or 9 black torx headbolts take them out and remove the door panel the outer panel will come off after you remove the mirror and you will have full access to the window regulator you need a small set of torx sockets ( 7.99 harbor freight) or $10.00 at autozone

recharge it when leaving cables on and charger unplugged it will draw the battery down and with the clock radio always on will ad to the draw.

You need to program the system,it's probally in theft deterrent mode & disables the starter.To program your new remote locate the diagnostic connector under the drivers side of dash.To program the new remote Jumper a paper clip between the #4 & #8 terminal you will hear the locks cycle & the trunk will pop.While the terminalsv are jumped hold down lock & Unlock on the remote at the same time until you hear the locks cycle again,remove the jumper wire or paper clip & you should be good.

ok i'll give you my idea ,master cylinder ?.any small leaks in brake lines ?my question is how is it affecting the tie rods ? bolts locking tie rods should be tight enough not to allow that to happen. are there any problems with rear wheels ?

The brakes have no relation to the tie rods,if they areworn,replace both outer or inner ones,whichever is wornYou could have worn lower ball joints also & wornstabilizer links.Check the Vacuum Check Valve on front of BoosterIf the rubber flex hoses & calipers are 14 years old, Iwould loose them also

Brakes,wheel bearing,tire,rocks in hubcap,..a million things. Most likely a wheel bearing if it is constant while driving.
