How do I add transmission fluid to my 1992 Saturn
with the car parked on a level surface start the engine. Remove the transmission dipstick and wipe clean. Reinsert the dipstick and pull out again. The level should be somewhere between the cold and hot markings. If it is low that start by adding 1/2 quart through the same tube that the dipstick goes into. You may have to purchase a small funnel that will fit into the opening.
After adding the fluid wait a couple of minutes for the fluid to settle out of the tube. Recheck the level. If still low continue to add in 1/2 quart increments until the fluid shows up in the cold level area.

1992 saturn sc2 vibrates when in drive foot on
If the car or brake pedal is vibrating when you hit the brakes, I would be looking at replacing the front discs as opposed to the serpentine belt. If the engine is vibrating, without any brake pedal, I would be looking at the mounts, especially the dog bones at either end though the top mount is know for failure as well . At that age with an old timing chain you could have a problem there too.

Where is the alternator located
It's on the right side of the engine when viewed from the front. It will be the one with the electrical connectors/wires coming off the back. No other pipes or lines to it.

you need to find out what codes are stored in the engine computer. clearing the code will not repair what is causing the light to come on. you need to repair what is causing the light to come on.

check your fuses, under the hood in black fuse box. have you checked the fuses under the dash also? if not you need to check those also.you also may just have a bad switch to the sunroof. if all fuses good you'll need to pull the switch for sunroof out and replace it, or check the switch by pulling it out and looking for water in it. hope i helped you!!

there may be some junction box or relay which controls all these fucntions together.try replacing it.i exactly dono the location of these. think it may be situated under the steering wheel where you have all relays.

Maybe the wrong one was replaced,these are tricky sometimes it sounds like the rightside but is really the leftside or the bearing was installed wrong or the bearing is not the noise, the best way is to get it on a lift and run it in drive and try to pinpoint the noise.
