Cant get door panrl off.
the teeth on the regulator are stripped, amazing this is the first go round on that issue on a 20 year old car. get a new regulator, not just the motor, parts stores and eBay best/cheapest places. pay an auto glass shop to install it . they have the know how, the tools, and the fasteners on hand. once you have tried this yourself you would gladly pay someone 50 bucks to do it the next time.

My 1997 SL2 saturn driver
get a new power window regulator for 90 bucks on ebay, pay a glass shop to install it. it is an electric motor and did 10 years service, you can afford to replace it every decade. i have replaced 3 on a 99SW so consider yourself lucky.

I have a 1991 Saturn
The SL2 is a DOHC, the SL1 is a SOHC. You have put more money into it already than it is worth. Seems like a free check of the crankshaft being locked up might have been a first move before expending money. There were several small improvements made to the Saturn after 91, the fist year. I would suggest looking around for a 95 where your new parts will still swap in, possibly even a 96. You can get one for less than $500 if you look around. Stay away from automatic transmissions in Saturns.

Does a 91 saturn have traction control
Some Saturns came with traction control as an option. It all depends if your car had that option. Generally if you have ABS you have traction control.

My automatic seat belts are stuck
Probably best to replace, when the mechanism gets unreliable do not risk fixing try a wreckers yard, make sure the replacements pull out cleanly but lock when "jerked" hard.

1991 saturn sl2 water pump replacement
well first you drain the coolant out at the low point on the radiator, that way it is saved if new. then you take off the right front wheel and remove the plastic access cover from behind the wheel to get to that side of the engine. then you take off the serpentine belt and etc. yes you can do this with the engine still in the car. you may want to consider replacing the serpentine belt and tensioner while you are in that area.

1991 saturn dohc
Check all fuses. But Most Notably the IGN4 30 amp green fuse. If all fuses are good. trace the wires going to your fuel rail and make sure that they arent cut or broken.
