The PCM is located below the right side of the dash above the kick panel, pic below.

This almost always means a bad head gasket or a cracked head/block, unless you are a mechanic this isn't something you are going to be able to fix yourself and is likely more costly to repair than the car is worth.

If its rear wheel drive you will have to pull the whole transmission. front wheel drive most likely the engine

That sounds like a bad thermostat.

in the heater box, which sits behind the glovebox, just above the passenger's feet. not an owner serviceable item.

If it's not leaking externally I would check the heater core. Feel the carpet under the passenger's side of the dash. Wet carpet = heater core.

Your engine sets on motor mounts and then the motor mounts set on the frame. There are also some motor mounts in the front of the car that attach to the frame with a rubber housing and big bolts running through them. Usually in the middle of the engine.
