The discovery is full time 4wd, you can change between high and low ratio, it sounds like a broken transfer case.

I have a 1994 Land

Hello! The 1994 models featured larger headlamps and a second set of rear lights in the bumper. The new rear lights had the wiring changed several times to meet real or expected European safety legislation. Some vehicles are left with an arrangement where the vulnerable bumper contains the only working lights. The rear side lights in the light cluster become non-operational...

Hello i have a landrover discovery the im obilizer

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome. You will need the code to start the vehicle now. Check your owner manual to see if it has the code. If you can't find it online or in the manual, you can call the dealership to get the code. It will cost money though I am sure of. Be careful online also. At least with the dealership, you will get the correct code. The code will be the only way to get it starter though.

Head gasket blown, how deep do i go to repair and

as long as you are replacing head gaskets, check all coolant lines for leaks, also replace thermostat and when done. flush out cooling system and radiator good. then you should be ok !! make sure radiator hoses are good and not collapsed on inside. have a good day ! when head gasket is off of vehicle. make sure the coolant ports on engine block are not plugged.

My 3.5 lt discovery distributor will not go on

Hi,

Assuming that you have the correct cap, I'd take a look at the rotor itself. Make sure that it is seated correctly. If that's good, place a straight edge across the old cap and measure down to the button. Do the same to the new cap. Also check the inside dimensions of both caps and make sure that the line up notches are in the same position as the old cap. One last thing, make sure that the rotor cap button isn't stuck. This also would prevent it's fitting.

Best regards, --W/D--
