Try removing the rubber boot from your spark plug socket, then see if it will seat over the spark plug.

It will for 10 min. Does it stay on after 10 min. pass ? Does it go off if you open drivers door or any door ?

Depends on the state in which you live. In texas, A traction control light or ABS light won't fail you for an inspection. Or a door handle. As far as a safety issue, I personal issue. Remember, our Parents drove hundreds of thousands of miles without it.

The door panels will have to be removed to access locks, luricate, check linkages, check for damaged wires,replace pwr lock mechanism if required etc.

ABS System -- issue

Could be a wheel speed sensor
Check for codes

Check your codes, you might get an EGR code, Fords are notorius for bad breathing,
clean your throttle body also

The dealer you bought it from should be able to print it out for you.

that means that your overdrive shift solenoid is stuck open or closed

Is the engine the same model year , 2003 ?

Could be a number of reasons, low power steering fluid, a leak in one or more of your power steering lines, air in your lines, a problem with the master cylinder...

Check the belt, if that's not it you may need a new pump.

Sorry no idea ,never done one could it be the housing and you need to remove the whole unit ?
