1998 ford lincoln navigator keyless code location?
you wont find it unless they gave it to you or wrote it somewhere. the original owner gets to chose thier code. you will have to contact dealer to see if they can reset it so that you can program your own code or if they can access the current code from the vehicles computer. or they may be able to walk you thru a reset procedure over phone but i doubt they will. they will want to see proof of ownership before they do anything.
How can i open a hood laych that want let the hood cloes
Quite often the hood latch will not release for one of two reasons. Firstly, the latch is gummed up with old grease, and secondly the cable is kinked and does not release the latch. I is also possible that the latch is damaged, possibly at one time the hood was forced down at a slight angle which could damage the latch.
First, check the cable. Unhook the cable from the latch by pressing the latch back as far as possible with a tool and unhooking the cable. Let an assistant pull the hood release inside the vehicle and feel if the cable moves in freely and you can easily pull it back by hand. If not, replace the cable. Do NOT close the hood while you have the cable out!
Next, check the latch for free movement. If ally is well the only other problem is the bullet hook on the hood itself which may be either loose or adjusted in too far,
Lincoln Navigator 4wheel drive 1998
See that this is an old problem. Some of the knobs could crack on the backside and allow the knob to rotate on the shaft without turning the shaft at all. If the knob is okay then go underneath the vehicle and disconnect the electric plug on the shift solenoid and Inspect for corrosion on the terminals. There is a problem which can happen if an indicator light burns out in the electric shift models. The length of the shift solenoid plunger is what determines whether you are in 2 wheel or 4 wheel drive, or high or low range. If the indicator light burns out, it changes the electric power and position of the shift solenoid plunger.
Fix a flat tire
All tools should be included in your car. Spare tire: underside of trunk, tools: under access panel inside on right, handle: engine compartment. They are listed in the owner's manual, under 'changing the tires'. They include a jack, a lug wrench, and most likely a 'key' that looks like a heavy socket. You will need it to loosen the one lug not that (likely) looks different from the others. Loosening the lug nuts with standard (car) equipment can be difficult. Much easier if you can get/borrow an X type lug wrench.
How to do it? mostly common sense, really. First, make sure the spare has sufficient pressure, otherwise you're wasting your time. Some basic cautions: park on firm and level ground, secure from roll-away, be aware of other motorists and other hazards. Detailed Step-by-step instructions are listed in the owner's manual:

I think your best to have a professional use
the proper testing tools, to actually find a problem
You can throw parts at it for a long time, if you do not
understand the system your working on, or have no factory
service manuals or trouble charts to follow
I see you said you got a part replaced
So the shop failed to road test or look at data to confirm
the repair, too bad, that seems to be the problem the last 25 years
Stuck in park while truck is still running 1998 Lincoln Navigator
Are your brake lights working?
If not, replace the fuse. Still not working? Replace the brake light switch. (Your brake light switch also releases the lock for the gear shift).
If your brake lights are working, are you hearing a soft "click" at the gear shift when you depress the brake? If not, check the lock solenoid at the gear shift lever.
There is also a slight possibility that your park pin is jammed. If you're parked on a hill, it's likely. Have someone push the car back and forth as you try to take it out of park... JUST DON'T RUN THEM OVER. :)
