If it is the original radio, your dealer will supply it usually just with the VIn number of the car and proof that you are the car owner...

May not be the answer but something I just learned. I was handed the "key" to my aunt's XJ6 and she asked me to clean it up for her,,, but what I found was that the "key" she handed me was the VALET key and would not open the trunk. I had to go back and get the other key from her. The VALET key was green while the masters that open all are black.

if the engine does not get hot then the thermostat is stuck open

Please consider the following...
15 year old car.
Normally uses remote unlock (key remains unused).

Possible solution, open keyhole cover by particially inserting key. Place WD-40 or other silicone spray lube in the key hole (lots). Operate the key several times... eventually, it will clean the unused parts and open the door.

please explain a bit better about this heat pump because mine only has AC and i cant reverse the system to get heat out of the AC unit ,unless you mean something else thats only on a californian model??

put the positive ( red ) cable to the positive (+) terminal on the battery and the negative (black) to the negative (-) on the battery and do the same with the other end of the jumper cables to the donner car/battery making sure you connect positve to positive first then negative to negative

your abs pump went out under driverside of car with all your brake lines going in to it

REPLACE THE BATTERYS IN YOUR KEY

Did you try the valet button under the arm rest?

The yellow and white wires take any white wire.I dont now why they dont tell you that.And just fit black to black and grey to grey that simple good luck pippall.

no magic fix for any pressure fluid leaks like power steering, u will need to replace what ever is leaking, don't wait if you run the system dry you will ruin PS pump and Steering rack assembly, very very pricey parts.

you my have a bad ground in the motor blower swicth allso have you dampers check there my by a vacumm leak which means there not shutting to keep out the hot air if you don hear the damper opening and closing when you go from heat to a/c thats most likely your problem

no it can't, the security system or the starter are my best shots at a fix.
