Why does my car's doors lock randomly? Have a 2005 hyundai xg350

Safety feature in case you forget to lock the car? I'm guessing it doesn't lock whilse you are driving the car or have the ignition on? Most modern cars have this feature. Don't forget your keys in the car. Learnt the hard way a while ago!

How do I know if I need a new air compressor

Are you asking about air con or about a compressor to supply air for blowing things up like tyres? It is possible that a short circuit is still happening in the lighter / power socket. Make sure that all fuses and relays are working.

Wiring diagram for reverse light

Splice the camera power wire into one of the backup light bulb sockets at the rear of the car. Make sure there is a good ground connection to the camera housing too. It's best to add a ground wire so there will never be a power problem at the camera.

Tail lights do not work. Bulbs are good.

All the exterior lights run threw the turn signal switch. Except the high mount brake light. If you are talking about brake lights replace the TS switch. Parking lights are a little different. If you have no parking lights front and back, TS switch. If you have front and no back, ground problem. Grounds for the back are usually on the drivers side mounted to the frame.

What is the PO320 code? what is wrong with my 2005 Hyundai xg350L?

P0320 Hyundai Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Possible causes - Faulty Ignition/Distributor engine speed sensor - Faulty Crankshaft Position sensor - Ignition/Distributor engine speed sensor harness is open or shorted - Ignition/Distributor engine speed sensor circuit poor electrical connection - Low battery charge - Faulty Engine Control Module (ECM) What about the obd code? The P0320 Hyundai code is triggered when the Engine Control Module (ECM) detects that there is no current at the ignition coil group Symptoms - Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light) - Lack/Loss of Power - The engine may be harder to start - The engine may stumble or stall P0320 Hyundai Description Ignition failure sensor is used to check whether the spark ignition is occurred correctly or not and also used to tachometer drive. The sensor monitors the voltage difference between a resistance which is on the battery circuit for ignition coil. When the ignition coil works properly, the electric current through the resistance is detected as voltage drop. This is confirmed for every ignition event with the crankshaft sensor and the camshaft sensor. If ECM detects a malfunction, no ignition is possible, so the engine would not start. If there is no ignition signal for a predetermined cycle for one or two ignition coils, an ignition coil circuit failure exists.

How do you change coolant thermastat on xg350l

If your somewhat machnically incline to do small projects this is one. cool engine and drain at least half of the coolant. (I usually replace all of my coolant at this time) remove the intake air cleaner hose from the air cleaner filter housing and the throttle body intake to make room. follow the upper radiator hose from the radiator to the water inlet cap and remove the three screws and tap it loose.( nows a good time to inspect hose to see if it's time to replace) pop out the old thermostat and in with the new. make sure surface is clean. make sure the rubber gasket is snug around the new thermostat and make sure the thermostat vent is on the top. tighten to 15 lbs. and replace intake hose and refill coolant. verify no leaks. Hope this helps

How to change spark plugs on 2005 hunydai 350xg

  • I have a 2002 XG and they should be the same but the front 3 are easy but for the back 3 you'll need to take off the intake manifold so you will need a gasket kit for the manifold. if you are not that mechanically inclined u may want a mechanic to handle that. if u have a miss make sure it's not the ignition coils on top of the front 3 spark plugs. i made the mistake of replacing all of my spark plugs @180,000 miles to find out the miss was from one of my ignition coils.
  • good luck
