Body Shop put a new drivers door on the car now

I guess you are talking about power lock switch inside left front door. It may not be pluged in all the way on to the bottom of the switch in the door panel. If you are talking about the remote key fob, it may need re-programing. Also if the body shop is a good shop the should look into the problem free. Unless of course you talked them into a good deal for yourself. They probably wont help you.

Trouble code shows po452 which is the evap

P0452 Evap.Emission System-Pressure Sensor Low Input

The evaporative emission control system prevents hydrocarbon vapors from escaping from the fuel tank into the atmosphere where they could form photochemical smog. Gasoline vapors are collected in the charcoal canister. The Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor (FTPS) is an integral part of the evaporative monitoring system. The PCM monitors the FTPS signal to detect vacuum decay and excess vacuum. The FTPS measures the difference between the air pressure inside the fuel tank and outside air pressure to check the purge control solenoid valve operation and for leak detection in the evaporative emission control system by monitoring pressure and vacuum levels in the fuel tank during the purge control solenoid valve operating cycles.

Change thermostate

1. Follow the upper radiator hose from the radiator to the engine block and there you should see a neck where the hose is connected to the engine block.

2. Take the hose off by removing/loosening the clamp and pulling the hose off. Sometimes it's easier to use a screwdriver to pry the hose off. Be careful though not to damage the hose.

3. There should be 2 bolts on top off the housing. Take the bolts completely out and remove the housing from the engine block.

4. Remove the thermostat and gasket from the block and clean the location good with a wire brush. This ensures a good seal for the new gasket. Sometimes it helps to have a razor blade or other scraper to clean it with. Try not to score the metal when cleaning.

5. Installation is reversed. Some thermostats require a sealant to be used with the gasket, be sure to ask when you buy the thermostat.

6. Start vehicle and let it run for a little bit to check for leaks. If everything checks out, you are good to go.

Broken control arm on a 03 hundya

Yes axle will just re insert in to the transfer case. My recommendation is to replace this stuff now since it is all apart anyways. Yes the ball joint will have to be pressed into the control arm. Some ball joints are designed that they just pull into the control arm as you tighten it.

It seems like there is a bad connection in the electrical system

It looks like your accumulator is nearing its life span 'cos it not storing the charge. Get a replacement. To check whether alternator is charging your battery, start your engine and remove one one of the cable attached to the battery and if the engine stop then you have a problem with the alternator. Get a mechanic to fix it.
