Car died and wouldn't restart. Tried jumping still
could be timing belt but could also be a problem with the starter. a bad seal on the starter, loose wire on the starter solenoid. if the car is still cranking then the problem is most likely the timing. timing belt should be replaced every 60,000 miles

The oem bolts are listed as M4.2x2.25x16, which is super-hard if not impossible to buy at any kind of hardware or fastener store. You can't even mail order them or buy them online. The closest is M4.2x1.41x16, but the threads are then different and they won't work. So, if new plastic, #8's will work, but if re-using a fan motor cup and panel that has already had bolts put in, you'll have to re-use bolts of--exactly--the same measurement. (Unless, of course, you fill the holes with something like jb weld--but softer--and then cut new threads with new #8 bolts, but that would be risky, might hold, might fail...)"Good luck.
Fuel pump fuse
It sounds to me that the wiring has shorted out somewhere and is causing a surge. Check the wiring from the fuel pump and make sure it is all correct, then check the wiring coming from the fuse.

Wow, that's amazing....I do know the newer (third generation) 'L' have a body computer, it sounds like your's has gone loco. the security system and the horrible gas mileage also might be some major issue with the electrical system, specifically the alternator-check voltage while parked and not running (should be 12.5+), and running it should be close to 15 when started, and settle down to around 14 after a minute or 2.
Odometer stopped working
YOUR Speedometer cable is either shorted out or lose enough to where it is not being registered by your cars computer
Odometer stopped at 182579 how do i fix it
Your cable to the axle from speedometer has shorted out or is loose. A mechanic can replace it but will probably have to go through your onboard auto-PC to set that up.
What kind of trouble does a faulty ignition control module give?
There will be starting problems- sometimes it starts sometimes it won't Sometimes it will, switch off while driving. other times it may not switch off at all. It even cause misfire at random. If you are looking for a reason for a problem it is best to start at having the fault codes read.
