No the CC doesn't have a fuse.

More likely the pump is not putting gas up to the engine's fuel rail. With key on, not start, the pump should turn on for 2 seconds to put pressure in the line and fuel rail. Do you hear the buzz or hum from the tank with key on? Did you put a fuel pressure gauge on the fuel rail's test port (shraeder valve), and find no pressure with key on? If so, you will need to check into the pump operation (assuming the fuel filter is not clogged). A quick test is to pull off the gas tank electrical connector, find the fuel pump wire in the connector, and use a test light grounded to a metal frame or a voltmeter. Check for power on the fuel pump wire, while the engine is being cranked over. If power then, your new pump is not working. It could be the ground for the pump, so you need to check that. If no power to pump, engine cranking, then you will have to find the fuel pump relay under the hood, and check the wiring to it. There is also a fuel pump fuse-it may be under hood or in the instrument fuse panel-need to find and check it. If the pump is working and the fuel filter is clean, you should have gas in the fuel rail (which supplies the injectors with fuel under pressure). I have not heard of a pressure regulator problem that could cause no pressure, but then... Post back what you find, or with comments. Hope this has helped a little.

if the obd ll port not working replace the accessory fuse ---if just no codes and system ready thats the normal setting you want --do not clear codes and or change batteries since doing so clears all memory and vehicle has to recycle through all emissions to be ready

when you turn key to acc pos that is telling the ignition to go into a accessory mode which runs the radio,wipers etc... but it doesnt allow the ignition circuit to run, and the key in most vehicles will not be able to come out,this is a security protection so that you do not leave accessories on that will drain the battery. The ignition key should only be able to be removed in the OFF position.

How long since a tune-up? Check applicable trouble codes? What led you to the fuel pump as being your problem? Usually if it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it, while you visually check for spark at the spark plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure and fuel injector pulse. Only crank the starter motor for a few seconds at a time, let it cool off, a little. I do realize, sometimes visually checking for spark, can be a pain. Also, checking fuel pressure can be a pain if no Schrader valve, but, not impossible. I'm not saying the pump can't be your problem, it could be, just check the other issues, also. The fuel pump is in the gas tank.

It's most likely in your fusebox it should be a round (tube like) metal just pull it out and replace it. First go to an auto parts store and buy the fuse and then you'll know which item to replace.

if u need a saturn reprogramed you could try a Cadillac dealer since it pretty much is a Cadillac motor.

Well I would go with the fuel injector diagnosis, if the issue isn't that then they gave you a free injector. But what about the MAF??

Check the electric fans and see if the are coming on. If not check fuses and relays. It goes as far as the ECM which controls the fans.

Check the black power wire from the main wiring harness to the harness for the blower control, that's what I found wrong with mine after replacing the resistor and blower motor. I just jumped it with a 20 amp inline .

Check your shop manual.

Most likely are coil or ignition module. Test for spark at plugs when failed. Other, could be bad gas cap, fuel pump, other sensor such as crank/cam sensor. Electrical parts can fail as they heat up, and work again as they cool. These can be hard to diagnose because they test good when cool.

disconnect both poles and isolate them.
remove fan control module by slipping up and off the braket and move it out of the way.
remove battery insulation cover.
remove battery hold down/ control module braket and remove battery upwards without tilting too much or battery acid may leak
