I'm thinking maybe ignition switch??? There you go thinking ??? Thinking an not knowing how to test . You probably should have a qualified repair shop check it. Looks like you just know how to replace parts to no avail.
Do you know what happens when you turn the key to start ?
Circuit Description
When the ignition switch is turned to the Start position, the body control module (BCM) receives battery voltage on the ignition 1 voltage circuit, and less than 5 volts on the off/run/crank voltage circuit. The BCM supplies voltage to energize the RUN/CRANK Relay 32. The BCM sends a high speed GMLAN serial data message to the engine control module (ECM) that the key is in the start position. The ECM receives the message from the BCM, and also receives a serial data message from the transmission control module (TCM) containing the shift lever position. If the shift lever is in Park or Neutral when ignition switch is turned to Start, the ECM supplies voltage to the START Relay 31. The START relay supplies voltage to the S terminal of the starter solenoid, through the 30 A STRTR Fuse 26, in order to crank the engine.
This vehicle's body control module (BCM) has a bussed electrical center integrated into the housing. Body control relays and fuses are installed directly on the BCM, which simplifies wiring and junction blocks on the vehicle. The body control system consists of the BCM and its associated controls. Battery positive voltage is provided to the BCM from IBCM BATT 1 fuse and the IBCM BATT 2 fuse in the underhood fuse block. The module grounds are wired to ground G201, G203 and G305. The BCM is wired to the GMLAN High speed serial data buss, and the GMLAN Low speed serial data buss, as well as discrete input and output terminals to control the functions of the vehicle's body .
Power Mode Master
This vehicles body control module (BCM) functions as the power mode master (PMM). Refer to Power Mode Description and Operation for a complete description of power mode functions.
Hooking up a professional grade scan tool an checking for codes in all the modules on the vehicle ,viewing ignition switch inputs to the BCM is how a professional tech would go about finding the problem .Not guessing an just replacing parts .
car runs great?, and door locks work, work engine running? (key fact not told)key on engine running this fails????????????my guess is RAP fooled you? as it does vast.the car has RAP, and if using RAP and not knowing how RAP WORKS we fail.yes doors fail when RAP times out. sure does.(key off engine off)use door manual levers? manual levers are for safety , to exit any care with engine and battery dead.both Electric windows doors fail.??? and master driver and switches fail on both doors?what battery not told we can not guess what hands did.car main battery LUGS pulled?the door buttons for windows are dead?all; door locks fail too , (buttons)simple it is.KEY failures are:just wires and switches , cave man simple.un like 1990 and back.fuse 29 blown, yes 30 ampsdrivers door ground G300- not bad or both doors will fail hard.all; dead, the problem is in the drivers doorthe module windows switch drivertop fail is wires broken there or wires in hinge boot.or G300 broken or its lug rustynow RAP ( many folk buy newer car discover RAP)and are now confused 1990 had no RAP but thit car doesKEYOFF fails normally>retained accessory power.what is rap?,well it is this silly delay power thingengine runningturn on radio.key off,and things still operate for 10 minutes! bingo RAPor until door is opened AND many things GOES DEAD.(after delay)head lamps by law always work, (and park lamps)is this confusing?, the windows only work if the RAP relay is closed, ,or engine running (keyon)or key off after 10 minute RAP rules,.I will not read the whole 100 pages in your service manual and detail all things that are RAP. sorry will not.Duane tells it to techs. best , best video on earth topic RAPhttps://youtu.be/boUtUHx7T7k
If your 2003 Saturn Vue died as you were pulling up to a stop and the speedometer isn't working now, it's possible that there may be an issue with the vehicle speed sensor or the instrument cluster.
The vehicle speed sensor is a small electronic device that is located on the transmission or transaxle. It sends a signal to the vehicle's computer to tell it how fast the vehicle is traveling. If the vehicle speed sensor is not working properly, the speedometer may not work correctly or at all.
On the other hand, if the instrument cluster is malfunctioning, it could cause the speedometer to stop working. If the instrument cluster has a loose connection or a blown fuse, this could also cause the speedometer to stop working.
It's best to have your vehicle checked by a certified mechanic who can diagnose the issue and recommend the necessary repairs. They will be able to test the vehicle speed sensor and instrument cluster to determine the root cause of the problem.
Low coolant or low power steering fluid would not cause a no-start situation. Call out a mobile auto electrician to connect his pro grade scan tool computer to diagnose. you have electronics, or communication issues.
According to Hollander interchange, the engines are the same from 2004 to 2007. I would change all sensors from your engine to the replacement engine just to make sure there are no issues.
please do post personal economics in public that can last on the internet for 50 years or forever(see, waybackmachine.com)
I will now try to answer this question, (no pointing/wagging fingers!)
based off almost zero evidence, no PCM scans, or how IMMO lamps acts up told at all,or if even present.
"Is it possible to hot wire a 5 speed?I have a 2006 saturn vue 5 speed I lost my keys can it be hotwired".
the simple answer is. (an oxymoron)?
if immo lamp is there (is it?) and blinks wrong, there is no hack.
if no immo lamp at all sure can be hacked.(no IMMO option on this car ) (cut a key and go, locksmith easy)
1: IMMO present it must be repaired in a shop. or dealer.
2: there is no DIY fix for any car with mission keys IMMO
4: there is no DIY fix for cars with less than 2 good key, I can DIY my car with key 3 to 8,but only if 2 keys work ,my same car sold in Canada this DIY is all banned there as it is in vast countries
no VIN told on your car, so most post world wide will lie to you for laws there not the same as your.(a secret)
IMMO kills dead spark and fuel
so yes starter can be hotwired but will never start
IMMO lamp not happy

Passlock--theft-deterrent system. read it carefully
https://www.manualslib.com/manual/149196/Saturn-2006-Vue.html
the lamp goes off , to start in run, mode. not stuck on.
if flashing that is error too,.
im just reading it to you.
A#1 goal and by law is to block all hotwired hacks of any kind
that is JOB 1 , and even more strict now, for sure, by laws too.
and
If the values do not match, the fuel supply is shut off. After three consecutive failed attempts, PASSLock will enter Long Tamper Mode, disabling the engine for 10 minutes while the Theft System indicator on the instrument panel flashes.
there is no DIY fix for 2 lost keys, ever,
DIY,/HACK/HOTWIRES,
ZERO
BEST ON ALL MODERN CARS HAVE 3 KEYS
AND FOR SURE 2 WORKING
if in canada, no DIY there.
also 2005 and 2006 major key changes(designed immo)
the early passlock was resistor codes, then later is passive RF codes.

got this?
no photos of you key posted, and immo key looks strange
yes hacks exist. one is here. YMMV , IDK.
$300 and not cheap , google for others, some only work for short time. 1 day?
2002 to 2009 covers vue

I;'d say the only best way ,is call real car locksmiths and ask them.
even buy a spare new key first, and save more.
Sadly, this very likely can only be diagnosed by a mechanic who experiences the condition --unless it can be immediately reproduced by said mechanic. And it would be helpful to know the year and whether it is an automatic or manual or if you have any error codes. The following site suggests 13 different possilble causes: https://www.repairsmith.com/blog/transmission-jerks/
I am not sure of the list includes the possibility of bad coils.
The information offered is a little slim to narrow the problem down.
A random/multiple misfire in a 2008 Saturn Vue can be caused by a variety of issues. Some common causes of misfires include:
Spark plugs or ignition coils: Worn or fouled spark plugs or faulty ignition coils can cause a misfire. These components should be checked and replaced if necessary.
Fuel system: A clogged fuel injector or a problem with the fuel pump can cause a misfire. The fuel pressure should be checked and any clogged injectors should be cleaned or replaced.
Vacuum leaks: Leaks in the vacuum system can cause a misfire. These leaks should be located and repaired.
Exhaust system: A clogged catalytic converter or a problem with the exhaust manifold can cause a misfire. These components should be inspected and any necessary repairs should be made.
Engine control module (ECM): A problem with the ECM can cause a misfire. The ECM should be checked and reprogrammed if necessary.
It's recommended to have the vehicle scanned with a diagnostic scanner to retrieve the trouble codes and determine the source of the problem. Once the codes are retrieved, it would give a better idea of what component is causing the misfire.
It's always recommended that you take your vehicle to a professional mechanic to diagnose and fix the problem, as these are complex systems and require specialized knowledge and equipment to fix.
The "service vehicle" message on a Saturn Ion typically indicates a problem with the vehicle's on-board diagnostic (OBD) system, which is responsible for monitoring various systems and components in the car. The message may be accompanied by a specific diagnostic trouble code (DTC) that can be read using a scan tool. The DTC can help a mechanic to identify the specific problem and make the necessary repairs. It's recommendable to take the vehicle to a qualified technician or mechanic to diagnose the problem and fix it.

steering locked engine running not? , not told that key fact.
the key must turn, jiggling steering can help the key too turn.
we do not know what turn over means, the word turns has zero meaning .(accurate)
the starter turns, the crank shaft spins and turns and the engine turns and starts and runs and stays running this good serial event
or the KEY is stuck and key will not turn OVER from OFF TO , RUN and to START,
some call turns over as runs. 3 ways to get the mean wrong
so learn to say I can crank it ok but the engine fails to start and run.
I guess (wild) the starter is DEAD< silent, clicks or chatters.>?
that it> no GRRRRRRGRRRRR sound from a happy starter motor?
starter dead or not, is question 1./
Daytime Running Lamps
Daytime running lamps are standard on all Saturn models. The DRL relay is located in the UHFB. The coil side of the DRL relay receives battery voltage through the left headlamp fuse. Battery voltage flows through the DRL relay coil to the body control module through CKT 592. The BCM will ground CKT 592 when DRL is required. The BCM uses ignition, park lamp, headlamp, high beam and park brake inputs to control DRL. The DRL will be enabled anytime the ignition is in the RUN position, the headlamp switch is Off and the park brake switch is Off.
Battery voltage is supplied through the left headlamp fuse to CKT 40 to the left high beam lamp. Voltage flows through the left high beam lamp to the IPFB through CKT 1200. Voltage flows to the right DRL relay located in the IPFB through CKT 593. The BCM provides ground to CKT 592 to energize the relay. Voltage flows through the closed contacts of the DRL relay to ground through CKT 150 to the forward lamp ground splice pack. This circuit results in both high beam lamps being connected in series, which allows the high beam lights to operate at half brightness.
The BCM will turn Off the DRL relay when it sees any of the following inputs:
• Gear selector in PARK
• Headlamps ON
• Parking brake ON
• Ignition not in the RUN position
• When automatic lighting control is ON and it is dark outside
The BCM uses the high beam input to determine if the DRL functions are working. If the DRL functions are not operating properly a diagnostic trouble code may be set. Refer to diagnosis in this section for further information.
Before having the BCM repaired as you say ,was it checked for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes ? An who repaired it ?
DTC B2600
The daytime running lamps (DRL) are controlled by the body control module (BCM). The BCM grounds the DRL relay control circuit in order to energize the DRL relay coil. This action provides a path to ground for the RH and LH headlamps through the DRL relay and the DRL resistor. The DRL resistor reduces the intensity of the low beam headlamps for DRL operation. The BCM monitors the low and high beam circuits to ensure that the DRLs are operating properly. If the BCM senses that the DRLs are not operating properly, DTC B2600 is set.
The DRL relay or DRL resistor is probably the problem .
DTC B2602
Circuit Description
Daytime running lamps (DRL) are controlled by the body control module (BCM) based on input from the high beam headlamp circuit 1201, the low beam headlamp circuit 1200, the parking brake circuit 1134 and ignition switch state.
When DRL operation is desired, the BCM switches circuit 592 to ground. This action energizes the DRL relay. When energized, the DRL relay operates the left high beam headlamp and right high beam headlamp as a series circuit (one-half of battery voltage across each high beam headlamp).
When DRL operation is not desired, the BCM does not provide ground for the DRL relay. When not energized (as when high beam headlamps are desired) the DRL relay operates the right and left high beam headlamps as a parallel circuit (full battery voltage across each high beam headlamp).
For DRL operation, the parking brake must be fully released, the ignition switch must be in the RUN position and headlamp switch must be in the OFF position. Under normal operating conditions, the feedback voltage to the BCM measured at circuit 1200 is 6-8 volts.
DTC B2603
Your best bet ,take it to a qualified repair shop.
