Wondering if the kia rio
Yes it has spark plugs, there is no other way a gasoline engine can run. If you have to ask, you should not attempt it. Have a garage replace them for you. Use only NGK or Denso spark plugs. Many a easy job has been totally screwed up by people trying to save a dollar.

2002 kia rio has fuel to fuel rail ,has spark ,won,t start
So, obviously you have a fueling problem and you will need to find out if the injectors are spraying or not. Check the battery voltage as often the injectors will be shut down if voltage is down around 10 or 10.5 volts. Check the wiring to the injectors also.

Cant get front passenger door to open 2001 kia rio
Key turning in the lock does not necessarily indicate it is working. You will have to remove the inside panel to get access to these parts. There are different ways in which a key lbock serves to prevent the latch from working. Most likely, the key operates a rod to the latch (if the key socket is seperate from the latch. If the key socket is within the handle, then probably you will have to drill out the key hole from the outside that should free up the latch. Then you will have to get a replacement latch and key section. Most of this becomes evident by observing the mechanism from the inside of the car. Depending on how tight the passenger seat is relative to the door panel, you may have to remove the seat. Even if you send up going to a locksmith, removing the inside parts will speed up his operation and save money.
