What is code PO 1800 for a 2001 KIA sephia
I already answered this. Smart a** answer is PO 1800 means "Please Offer 1800" (I own a 2012 Kia Optima and love it. )
Go to a major repair shop like Goodyear Auto Center, Merchants Auto, NTB, Firestone Service Center, etc and they will be HAPPtY to tell you what the code means. However, given the age and horrible repair history and owner satisfaction, I would sell it and take the for $1000 I get. Then put that down on a newer, more reliable car. Or, find a $2000 used car and pay cash for a better car, like a 98-2001 Camry or Accord.
My car shutters when I drive over snow It drives straight on the highway whith no vibraton
The vibration is from your AWD vehicle rear/center/front diff locking because it detects wheelspin. It is shifting power to the wheel with grip and feels weird. Slowing down will reduce this feeling, but if you are not getting a warning light, that is my diagnosis. Once back on solid ground the automatic AWD unlocks and the car/SUV returns to normal operation.
Where is heater control switch in a 2001 kia sephia
There is a switch that controls vent opening and closing that is usually toggled by using the heater switch. It is on the back side of the heater control which you can reach from under the right part of the driver side. There is a small hole that you can reach the control. I suggest trying that before anything else.
If that does not fix it you can try replacing the thermostat. When I had a faulty thermostat I was getting no heat. If the problem more extensive then that most of all the things you will need to check are behind the dash on the passenger side. Removing the whole dash from the car may seem like a big task but I have done it so many times it takes me under 10 minutes. Let me know if you need any more help.
How to fix mass airflow sensor in 2001 kia sephia
The mass air flow sensor is in the tube going to the injection unit. Between air filter and injection unit. Be very careful it is very delicate handle with care, fine wires on inside of tube for MAF sensor, go to any auto parts store and tell them you need MAF sensor cleaner. the instructions are on can. Do not hit the fine wires of the MAF sensor with the straw on can. This will clean the sensor, unless you just want to replace it! But to my knowledge they are very expensive. If removing the sensor, disconnect the wires going to it. On some cars you can spray it without taking it from hose. But after cleaning it. Wait about 5 minutes until it dries. Hope this helps, Good-Day!

Horn will not blow when pushing horn button
The best thing to do is, find horn, disconnect the wiring plug. and run a wire from battery positive to the horn itself. if the horn works then its in the wiring or the button itself. you may have to ground the horn.
Oil-pump - engine shut-down - opened valve cover - burnt and abused looking-
Not the oil,the filter or the pump
You say always sluggish-- but no mention of working
on engine performance or doing any testing to find
out why !
You say opened valve cover & looked gunked up
So I assume you bought it that way & your done out of the gate
Abuse & no oil changes since new by original owner
Now you do a cylinder leak down test to see if the valves seal
Then if good you look at all data with a scan tool
You may be able to wash down the gunk on the head, replace the oil
pump if you like, clean out the oil pan & just keep going, new spark
plugs,ignition coils,O2 Sensors,exhaust converter & more.
But why, it is too old & will cost too much
Maybe you will have to pull the head to clean it up along with the other items
Sounds like a case of neglect to me & too much work for a low end
13 year old vehicle
