Are you sure you are counting the gears right? Sound like Torque converter lockup is not working.

Many things can cause this inside the transmission. You need to have it diagnosed. The longer you drive it, the worse it will get. And cost more to repair.

ck your turn signal switch wiring connector because it is more than likely has been hot and melted some connections.

That is engine coolant leaking from the heater core , you have to have the dash taken apart to fix it ! leaking heater core

when scanners don't communicate usually is because the computer is bad.

Throttle control censor could be faulty or throttle body needs cleaning with carb cleaner.

You either have a short in the system or you may be using to small of a fuse. But, NEVER install a 30amp fuse in a circuit that calls for a 10amp fuse from the manufacturer! If you do it may cause a fire! It would help tremendously if we knew what this 10amp fuse powered. Most fuses are marked as to what they power, if not try the owners manual to figure out what it powers and make sure that it calls for a 10amp fuse with that circuit. Hope this helps

CHECK THE FUSE; MAYBE UNDER THE DASHBOARD OR CLOSE TO THE WINDSHIELD UNDER THE HOOD.

It doesn't have one ,power comes from ignition switch through the transmission range switch to the starter !

Check your tachometer wire to see if is shorting to ground
