try clean the throttle body at the butterfly .or take it off and clean it. as dirt on both the sensors on your throttle .so clean the throttle with throttle cleaner.

sounds like the gas cap is worn out and just needs to be replaced. you may be able to buy a universal at your local auto parts store.

water is getting in to the plugs. the rubber seals on the dis pack will need changing. take out the dis pack and plugs clean plugs or replace if been in longer than 4 years and renew the rubber rings on the dispack replace any thing with a split or bubbled look.

Common problem - normally caused by low battery voltage. Disconnect battery for 10 mins (MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR RADIO CODE) reconnect battery - then follow instructions on dashboard to reset park/brake. Use this method for all p/brake faults as 95% of the time it resets them. Hope this helps - good luck.

That code is for variable cam timing over-retarded bank. Cost would be difficult to estimate without the exact problem being troubleshot. Could be anything from the computer to the wiring or to the actual variable cam solenoid itself. Maybe find a place that is knowledgeable about Jags and have them take a look
