1991 jaguar fuse box layout
to test the gauges, in the arm rest console (middle of car between driver and passenger) there is a fuse box. if you have the lid with the info remove the "Instrument Panel" fuse. open switch to On where normally the dash lights up. insert fuse back in. if no change could be the gauge thats bad or could be in the fuel tank the floater that sends the info to the dash what the fuel level is at.
Fan belt noises
replace them, too old and crystallized. check if the clutch fan is not bad.
Bolt torque sequence on 1991 jaguar xj6 4.0 intake manifold?
intake manifold or head gasket? i know head gasket need a sequential order followed by how many degrees and Lbs of pressure. if its on the intake i doubt it needs an specific torque. just try not to crack the intake manifold since its made of plastic.
Fuse for fuel pump
Inside the cabin, driver side by the feet shouldd be some fuses. if you dont have the little panel that tells you which fuses are which fuel pump fuse is in C8 and it takes a 25A Fuse.
