Looks like lighting bolt
Blown fuse. Turn key to position ii, then hit the VCM button, it will tell you which side. 1 drivers, 2 passengers fuse boxes
My right tail light is
There are 4 bulbs back there, is it the brake light? All those bulbs are very easy to change. When you take out the holder it will actually tell you what bulb you need, readily available at any parts store.
Why is my oil pump
That means it is working. After 1993 they will only go to the middle. Your gauge is actually working properly.
Where is the throttle position sensor located? on a 1990 xj 6
first have someone with you and get part way under the car place a hand on the gas tank and have the other person turn the key to the acc position and listen for a humming sound or feel for a vibration if it hums or vibrates try getting to the fuel rail and look to see if u can find a valve that looks like a tire valve with a small tool press the valve and it should release some fuel then try to start it again if it fires up and dies you may want to try a fuel filter or if your not getting a noise from the tank it may be time for a new pump

Cannot open driver front door from outside
On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle,
arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the
panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want
to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to
get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel
and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and
disconnect the wiring for your controls. Pull back the weather seal (if it has one) and then you can access the outer door handle. It sounds like the linkage connecting the handle to the latch may have broken/separated
