You need to find the VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) and first of all inspect the wiring for damage. If no damage is present then either the sensor is faulty, or the computer, and it is not likely the computer. A "data-stream" scan will show whether or not the computer is receiving a signal from the VSS.

dear friend-i thinnk you got a oil pressure problem and should be attended to immediately before any serious damage can happen.

BEST SOLUTION: Take/Tow your vehicle to an authorized Hyundai dealership and pay the diagnostic fee... they will tell you exactly what the problem is and the cost of parts/labor to fix it... at least this way you'll know what the problem is and what's required to fix it.

if its the one next to the radiator then mark all the wires start from the front from the right side mark them 123 this way you know were they then unscew tha blolts and do the same when installing it. if its the one in the inside then you will have to remove the air intake for that i will recomend to take it to the shop if you do it your self well there is many thing you can brake if you dont know what your doing. and will cost you lot of money to have some one fix it and finish the job take my works for i have my own shop and when i get a car that the person as start my price goes up at once.

For it to come up empty there has to be a leak, find the leak replace the item then refil, the burning smell has to be the power steering fluid on the exhuast.
