if it cant crank there is no spark , there will never be fueling. The starter is first. does it crank over the crank shaft fast. yes, i must guess. then next is spark, with no spark , EFI cuts fuel. (no fires) so if it cranks the crank shaft fast (look) then check spark now. on all cylinders not just 1. then post. results for step 3.
