Change fuel pump in 98 talon

The fuel pump is on top of your fuel tank. You will have to drain your tank or run it empty if it is still partially working. Loosen the straps, drop your tank, remove your pump and replace. Now sounds easier than it really is but not an impossible job. You will have to get the car high enough to get the tank to drop and work under it. Make sure you use jack stands and not just jacks. Also do not forget to disconnect the battery before you do ANY work.

I have a 1998 eagle talon and it keeps blowing the rad at the top hose clamp. Has anyone ever come across this.

Obviously there is excessive pressure coming from somewhere. The two most likely places are a defective radiator cap(not allowing excessive pressure to escape to the resevoir),or a blown head gasket(allowing cylinder pressure into the cooling system).

Fuel filter location 1998 eagle talon

the fuel filter is located in the engine compartment, mounted to the firewall. On some 1996-98 2.0L non-turbo engines, the fuel filter is mounted to the fuel tank.

I have talon mover, it is starting but stops after

It acts like the ignition modulator, a little half moon shaped black plastic coated box under the distributor cap. That is if your car has a distributar cap. Not sure where it would be located if you do not. This will cost you dearly to replace if you buy one new. If you can locate the same distributar at a wrecking yard then take it home and remove the modulator and replace your old one it will save you a bundle. These run on several different years in most cases so even if the distributer is wrong the modulator may bethe same one. Best to get the correct whole distributer so you are sure. They won't sell you just the modulator. Tjhe distributar is worthless with out it. Should only cost you 30 to 50 bucks used but 500 at the dealers new. If you can't find one at the wrecking yard then try ebay next. I hope this helped. The Raz

Were is the flasher located in a 90 taoln non

The flashers are usually located in the fuse box. I don't know your make/model specifically but they're pretty much all the same. It will probably be a small metal cylinder in one of the corners of the fuse box. About the size of a half dollar. Maybe a little smaller. 1/2"-1" tall. It'll pull right out with your fingers.
