The compressor clutch has a relay that energizes the A/C comperssor clutch an The PCM / ECM - engine computer energizes the relay . what you have posted here ( I did reset the battery thinking it was a computer error but still no fix) . Will do nothing ,you people think resetting the computer can fix anything ????? Take it to a qualified repair shop that knows how the system works . There are high an low pressure cut off switches ,maybe the clutch coil is bad . Could have DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes . i know what issue is.. it happen to my car, i found a module that you can install yourself and it will bypass the security system.., check it out they have great customer service .. I bought it and my car runs great to this day. hope this helps

it will be under the hood in a fuse block (box with fuses and relays in it) it should be labeled LIGHTER , from the picture i'm looking at it will be the corner fuse 20 amps .
The cluster is likely failing, they do really strange things when they start to go out. Find a repair center using a google search and ask for a cost to repair.
Swap the coil pack to another cylinder if it is individual. If not, you should be able to pull the wire away from the plug and hear it fire. If not, you have a bad coil. If so, I would look at doing a compression test and possibly a leak down test.
