2001lincoln towncar has no tail or running lights
I had the same scenario with the taillight and the license plate light that wouldn’t come on. Brake light, emergency light, left signal light, right signal light, and reverse light are all working!!!!! I was limited to drive during the day only for the last two months, so I had to be home before sun set, and my wife loved it actually ;)…..First you need to check all the fuses inside the car as well as the distribution box under the hood, then check the all light bulbs to see if there is any burn light, check the main switch light inside, and if everything turn okay. Your last option is the LCM Lighting Control Module under the dashboard, it cost around $500, but get a used one from the junkyard, it may cost you around $150. Finally, my driving isn’t limited no more.
Fuse for windshield wiper motor
It may be the windshield wiper module instead of being the motor, since you have had that replaced 3x already. There should be no fuse issue.

If you hear the motor work, then most likely it is that the glass has come apart from the regulator. You would need to open the door trim and reconnect the nut/bolt fastener.
If the motor is not making a soulnd. the is is the motor or an electrical problem (switch or loose connection at the power bezel). Opening up the power bezel and inspect the connectors ,
My 01 lincoln towncar- i turn on the a/c it says
If it does not blow any cold air the system may need to be recharged. But if it does not blow any air at all you may have a bad blower motor, checked the fuses first to make sure it's not that. You may also have a wiring problem. Good luck.
