Speedometer works at will.Signal lights
You have a light bulb out. go through the motions with someone checking for fuction. brake left turn right turn reverse and running lights. Its going to be in one of your blinker bulbs so have someone check to make sure that all the bulbs that are suppose to be flashing are actually flashing when you turn them on. Keep in mind that you may have more than one or even two or three bulbs that should flash at any corner. A rapid flashing at the cluster means that you have a bulb out in the blinker curcuit. Happy hunting. For bulbs not eggs...Hope this helped...
Ck engine codes
Possible causes for P1505 & p1507
Faulty Idle Speed Control Actuator valve, harness is open or shorted, Idle Speed Control Actuator valve circuit poor electrical connection. No the codes are not related to the EGR. P0198 is related to the engine oil temperature sensor. By the way you should use a meter as supposed to a test light. The test light will not be able to measure 5 volts reference or voltage drops. However I would try replacing the affected parts based on the codes and the info you've provided. Good luck.
Where is the canister
No --- you need to use the Evap Codes to component
test the Canister & System--- to find a problem
Codes have nothing to do with replacing parts
You may find a picture on the internet if you use the search

When shifting from drive to park there is resistance
I ran into this problem as well, it was just the plastic piece at the base of the shifter that had popped out of the track. Unfortunately mine was damaged too badly to be put back into the track but I was able to push it down slightly to make it quit binding. I am sure someone else may be able to tell us how to remove and replace it.
