need a heavier clutch release bearing and flywheel probably i dont know how well you use a straight drive but riding the clutch always tears it and release bearing up alot faster

Can you undo the engine mounts from the bottom and jack the engine up with a floor jack? Be careful you dont dent the oil sump; recommend you use a block of wood as a buffer between jack and sump. idle control valve maybe, have you checked plugs the gap could be wrong or maybe it just needs a service if you haven't done one already.
