The left signal is on all the time not flashing
Hi
This is a problem with the Body Control Unit. Hyundai cost cutting has meant that the flashers have been put on the main board.
Hyundai suggest changing it which will set you back £700. I suggest buying a NEC auto relay and asking a tv repair man to solder another one on for you. 9 out of ten times this will solve the problem and will cst 50 quid as oppose to £700

Brake lights stay on
You may have a failed/failing brake light switch. I would look under the hood, find the brake master cylinder. Generally, the brake light switch is located on the master cylinder. Last time I messed with one, it was easy to fix. The hassle was bleeding the brakes afterward.

Unfortunately I don't know anything about your car. The only thing I can think of Cars have always been design for budget costs and for the assembly line at the factory. This means there were assemblers who assembled your car including the modules in place. Provided you know someone these people experiences can be quite helpful. However, next best thing I can think of is to write to the car maker the exact words you typed. Or the next best thing to that auto mechanics/auto electricians. The next best to that is the internet like you tied here I'm sure there is repair web pages or technical information on your specific model. Try YouTube using the key words that would be appropriate and the name and model of your vehicle.
The next best thing could be libraries that have workshop manuals of your particular model. There are various publishers available including the specific model of your vehicle, that has a wealth of technical information I'm sure I'm not a wear of for your vehicle.
There are handy specific electrical and fuel diagnosis reference manuals that can be helpful too. Other than those suggestions my extensive knowledge is very limited.

- This requires careful application of an ez out or thread repair kit very likely these are tapered threads and in aluminum. can be tricky and should be attempted by someone with previous thread repair experience, the pipe must be removed and if the threads are not damaged you can just clean up the area and re install a new sensor ( thread sealing tape is often used) you must not get any of the tape in the oil galleries or it can plug up the flow causing engine failure. pay the money now to have it fixed correctly, or ensure who works on it is knowledgable or the cost will be considerably more, torq the fitting to the proper spec not till you think it is tight, good luck
