Does anyone sell transfer case fill plugs for 1995 Geo Tracker?
The kicker here, is Chevrolet, for one reason or another, dropped the entire Geo line. They still produced the Storm, and Metro for a few years after, but under the Chevy name. Same with the Tracker. I would recommend doing a cross check of the transfer case, and see what, if any, other Chevy vehicles came equipped with the same part. That is one way to get a working part, even if it is discontinued. The other way, is to have a shop tap out a common plug diameter for a modern conventional plug.
Have 95 tracker. Front cylinder has spark injector clicks when turn to on. pull injector wire runs same, pull plug wire runs same? what should i do next?
spark injector? no such An-i-mule.
the G16B (KV) engine, is it? has 4 spark plugs
and 4 fuel injectors.??

you have a dead cylinder, if you check the heat on the front
exhaust header tube, it will be cold or way colder ,using any pyro gun.

whats next that is easy its called a compression gauge.
i must guess engine, do the top valve cover on the engine shout
16 valves?
if yes, make sure the spark wells (deep pits) are not full of oil
or water. if full of oil, the last owner never check valve lash
at 60k miles and replace the valve cover gasket (set)
or if water someone used pressure washer on the engine (bad)

i have 2 questions.
1: is the compressor shaft dropping dead, ? when A/C on?
the shaft actual not the clutch , pulley, its spins near engine speed.
2: no for above , did you check the low side pressure, what is it?
3: pressure is good, is the hi/lo switch open?
4: no, good and good. so we arrive at the AC AMP.
did you check the voltage on all pins.
the AMP drops the AC clutch for up to 6 good reasons.
saving driver from loss of engine power and for protecting the loop reasons.
Temp sensor on 1995 Geo tracker make it run bad after warmed up
which sensor there are 3.
1 for EFI (called the ECT)
2: one for the air temp , on air cleaner.
3: one for the A/C cut out.
my guess is you are guessing.
the dash gauge has its own 1 pin sensor,
is the engine running too hot, or not reaching 180F+ degree's
if not fix that first. 180F is normal and must HAPPEN.
ever do a tune up? in last decade or every 60k miles?
what does bad mean.
stalls
misfires
smokes
lack of power
hesatates.
bogs
shakes.
makes noise.
just one clue better than bad , is bests.
there are 50 causes. and only 5 in pure physics.
only 5 tests and tools finds, it under 50 guesses.
your call on that.

Where is the timing mark and what is the firing order for a 1995 Geo Tracker 1.6 5 speed manal transmission?
timing of what, cam or spark,..... why not say the JOB, so we can be on the same page...>???????

but we use the #4 firing to set the cam..so........??????

8v or 16v , there are 2 engines, for sure.
and both are different. see why here.
1,3,4,2 is both but not the rotor

A boinging sound when you hit a bump
get live help , only a real live person (mech) can find noise.
step 1, location.
if it only makes noise moving, that can be hard.
my guess is bad shocks or struts.
or something loose, my 91 tracker ,day1, had a bolt on the lower
front A arm 99% out,
i did the inspection, in the 1st hour, do so and be safe.
noise can mean great danger on cars.
What makes a 1995 geo tracker idle up and down when it is low on water
low , you mean the radiator is low? inside it?
why is .>>? fix that first.
but when the RAD goes slow so does the water near 3 things.
the themostat does not work in air, it goes NUTS.
same with ISC valve (speed controller)
same with IAC valve .fast idle valve.
same with ECT sensors.
the EFI system can not work right at all low on water, this is called
a first order failure.
What fuse is labeled F1
TYPO? FI , FI means FUEL INJECTION !
Fuse 1 is totally different meanings.
omg , you found a schematic with fuse numbers.
yes, the FSM does that. and then shows them.

there are 2 fuse boxes on all 95s.
one in the BAY (engine) and one in CAB. (drivers left knee, USA)

my guess now is you lost the lid.
