do head lamps work?
on a dead car, dead engine, all power comes from the main car battery. and all power feeds are fused.
if fuses blow, no power to that feed.
if the battery is dead so will be the head lamps and hand lamps
do not take a key top work (a safety feature)
this car is toyota corolla. (with geo stickers)
how do you know power is missing from F10?
you used a voltmeter there? or test lamp? how>?
there were 2 engines, 4A and 7AFE engines.
ill guess and answer for 4AFE engine
Fuse 10 is not a number its the current rating of the fuse.
and is maked (you didnt show a photo of fuse, nor where it is)
is marked IGN

now power feeds IGN fuse, from the key switch
if that switch works the power come to it from
AM2 fuse
If AM2 is dead then the battery is dead. or
the battery ground is bad.
or the battery lugs are rusty
or the battery is only discharged, so charge it.
or jumper cable start car like you see the AAA tow truck man do.
Try to refer to the owners manual. If not, go to the fuse box and see if anything is wired wrong. If you don't know, go to the car dealership and they will test the car and give you a report.

what? gasket and seals , where"? the VC, all ignored VC gaskets leakwHy? not doing service is why, for sure.how? those gasket run at near 200f, and bake hard ,dry and brittle on all cars (natural entropy)(added) buy a FELPRO gasket and win.i think the only source of oiltop, center rear is the VCthe valve cover gasket. on the intake side (rear)no photos shown. of leaks.this is a toytoa 4aFE engine.all leaks are due to bad gaskets or seals.we find leaks 2 ways (both with eye balls)1: get it nice and clean drive short distance,stop see where leak comes from..2; the UV die kit and lamp trick. (sold in all auto stores)the first is where, cant do what, why nor how UNTIL WHERE is solved.why not go to any shop , ask them to find the leak.let them do it and now you have WHERE and can take the logical path from there.here>?

You'll need someone to check the electrical circuits to make sure the compressor is working and then check the blend door to make sure the heater is not on.
If the compressor stops running it could be the compressor clutch or a relay.

the filter is part of all 60k tuneups. letting it clog wrecks good pumps.
my wild guess, its lack of fuel flow, do to old filter.

The map sensor , is what measure air flow and the ECU matches fuel to this air flow.
my guess, is it does that, but fuel pressure is like 15PSI, bad.
The black an orange one is battery voltage for the coil , the brown wire goes to pin 5 at the ignition control module an is coil control . the last is grounded in the dist. through a noise suppression condenser !

FSM: (it assumes you can find the starter) factory serv. manual.
step one , remove neg lug of battery so as not to acid bath.
2: find starter, (hint its hear ring gear of flywheel and bell housing.
3: remove cables, at it( solenoid)
4: unbolt it. bingo.
5: reverse above.
on front wheel drive cars, the engines is side ways
on this engine, the natural front of engine is to right (left standing at hood)
that means the fly wheel is at your standing right. or center of mass.
the exhaust manifold point to the front of car, you standing there
but the starter in on on that side of any 4a./7a engine
its on the other side, hidden below the huge intake manifold
under car you can look up and see it. use flash light.

You really need a good wiring diagram. Those cars are basically a toyota corolla on the inside with a good amount of mods to the electrical system. Grab a manual from an auto parts store or go to a local tech school that has an auto repair program and make copies. This will save you loads of time troubleshooting the problem.
