Headlights not working, how fix them

Hello,

If your headlight is not working it means either the wiring has gone wrong somewhere or a fuse is blown. For wiring issues you will have to get a car wiring expert to run a check on the wiring using a computer so he will be able to detect where the problem is from.

For blown fuse, remove the plastic engine cover the is by the battery, you will see a set of fuse lined up there, assess it to check for any blown fuse, then replace it with a new one.

Take care and good luck

This sounds like a bad pulley, maybe bearings in the waterpump or alternator, you will need to remove belt and spin each pulley to locate and also check for a loose pulley.

Major service means tune up and timing belt.
Look up your owner manual , there is a service schedule section , you'll find what needs to be done at 60k on your car , but in any case it shouldn't add up much more cost sience engine all apart,
And as for the timing belt (if you have one) , they have to replace it anyway , because when you do a head gasket , you take timing belt out.
