Odd problem oil light illuminates when I hit brake real hard 2006 hyundai elantra

Low oil level in crankcase? Check that out since hard braking will cause the fluid to move to one end and perhaps give a low false reading.

2006 Hyundai elantra purge problem replaced the purge valve and still days for a code incorrect flow and then a code for a evaporated small leak / no flow I need help

This is generally caused by a leak in the hose somewhere. This hose is long in length plastic and has several places it could be leaking from. You'll have to take it to a shop that is equipped with a leak tester that uses smoke. They will fill the hose with smoke and easily find the leak. There really is no easy way to find it other than that. Hope that helps you.

No fluid 2006 hondyu elantra winshield washer

Just asking Is the washer tank full of fluid? Check the hoses and jets on the windshield They could be plugged. The pump could have dirt in it. The tank could be dirty where the fluid is sucked out of the tank itself .You can take the hose off the pump then try to make the pump work. If it squirts then you know you have dirt some place.

I have a 2006Hyundai elantra and drove to the store and after I started it up there was a really loud knocking sound

Knocking sounds could be a couple things, assuming they are coming from the engine compartment: Badly Frayed Belt smacking around inside the compartment, or (more likely) your engine isn't operating properly. Check your oil levels and make sure they are in the normal range, and if the oil is dirty, get it changed. Try using SeaFoam in your gas tank and run for a little while, and check your spark plugs to ensure they are in good condition and properly gapped.

2006 Hyundai Elantra won't start after front end collision

It's not the fuel shut off, if it were the car would have died on the spot. They are like a circuit breaker, once popped there is no power to the pump. Most likely wires got cut from the accident. You'll have to find them and repair them. If it was their fault, insurance should pay for this. You can't bypass security. Sorry.

Hyundai elantra has no fuel injector pulse

Are you getting power to the injectors? How do you know there is no pulse? Note, the pulse is on the ground wire from the PCM. If no power, check fuses INJ and SNSR. If you have power, the PCM may be bad. Are you getting sparks? Need more info. 25714671-4lps5wy2ri4kin0jo5qbpxmg-2-0.gif

Replace odometer bulb in 2006 hyundai elantra

It's a surface mount LED. Pull the Instrument panel. Find the on you want to replace. I use a razor to cut the solder and remove the LED. Use a fine tip soldering gun to replace the LED. It is easy the cover the whole LED with a big gun. Don't add to much heat for to long. You will destroy the LED. They are about 1/16th inch wide x 1/8 inch wide.

Drivers side front turn single not working , changed bulb and still not working , what could be problem

Double check it's the right bulb called for in the Owners manual. The sockets are very picky about the "bumps" on the end of the bulb. Most likely there is a connection problem anywhere from the wire attachment to the socket, to breaks in the wire to the signal switch or relay for the "blinking" . Start with the connection to the socket and work back. A very bright led light is what I use to find visual problems.
