The remote will have a battery in it. Try taking the battery out of the remote and see if this solves the problem. This will tell you if the remote is the problem or if the issue is with something in the car. Fuel Pressure - most likely cause

You listed this vehicle as a 2006 Accent, yet you write it's a 2010.

If 2006, it's probably the brake lamp switch. However, I've seen all three brake light bulbs burn out within days of each other.

If 2010, it's still under warranty.

Engine check light is activated by the oxygen sensor, have the sensors reset with scanner, if the light kicks back on, then have sensor checked and replaced if necessary.

EPS

EPS: Electronic Power Steering - enables the amount of assistance with steering to be varied depending on speed and how much you turn the wheel. This means it can give lots of boost when parking the car whilst still giving you a good feel for the road at speed.

Possible that the CD is jammed or that the CD is not reading so not playing.
If the CD is not working to read then the disc could be warped within due to heat and so not able to come out of the player.
If so tap slightly while trying to assist the CD to come out.
