dot 3-4 fluid draws moisture, over time, it can corrode the caliper from the inside and cause the piston to stick, either replace the caliper or rebuild it, make sure the caliper pad pins aren't bent and they may need some lube. Can also be air in the system. A good brake fluid bleed-flush wouldn't hurt either.

Horn no work

There is a small switch below the steering. It possibly must have gone off. Try moving the switch and honk.If that does not work the horn must be having a lose connection or must not be working.

My brake lights do not come on when i hit the brakes

If bulbs are ok it will be the brake light switch, or possibly the wires to the switch that have been knocked off with your foot. Push the drivers seat right back and get your head down under the dash. There may be a small panel that requires removal so that you can see up to the switch. Its directly in line with the brake pedal and has two wires going to it. Remove the connector and link the wires with a bridge wire. Switch ignition on and check lights. If they are on replace the switch or adjust so that the centre pin that comes out against the brake pedal is further away but is being pressed when the pedal is released.
