Hello Denise, its hard to believe that your computer didn't give a code that tell which one it is or that you have a bad o2 sensor ,sensors gather data from o2 sensor and that would give away which cat is bad if any ,can you have someone elise check it over before fixing it?

is it a rubber bumper? use suction cups, thats what dent specialist use instead of takin off the entire bumper. use a winshield dashboard suction cup for example. Just be creative...

Check the end of the dash or under the dash. It might also be in the engine compartment. If you have an owner's manual it will show yu where the fuse panel is located.

Is your coolant (anti-freeze level) at the proper level? Also, you may have a bad thermostat.

The easiest way for you to do that is to find on the new bumpers where the fixing points are (try to look for little holes, like where do screws go, or clips, even on the inner parts) and then try to locate them on the existing bumpers and remove them. After that, remove the old bumpers and instal the new ones by the exactly same steps.
