I believe it's a tire noise. It was making a noise
Have the hubs inspected and the tires balanced. The wheel/tire assembly out of balance will cause the over 60 mph wobble/ steering wheel shake or drone. When did this occur or has it been going on for a while now?

Where are the front impact sensors fitted
Usually (several) either right behind the bumper, or (in the case of a single sensor type) in the center of the front metal framing just behind the bumper). Look for wires leading in that direction.

Turns over, but why doesn't it start?
Check for spark, fuel pressure.
Check the timing belt, atleast take cover off and make sure it's not broken or off track.
Or If you don't want to do that do a compression check.
