Idle Air Control System - RPM Higher than Expected This particular code is directly related to the Idle Speed Control Actuator. However, there are other possible contributors to "RPM Higher than Expected"... they are:
1. Vacuum leaks
2. Intake air leaks
3. clogged/leaky fuel injectors
4. faulty sensors (i.e., coolant temperature sensor, manifold absolute pressure sensor, intake air temperature sensor, mass air flow sensor, engine timing, etc.
