there is a blower motor resister and each speed uses a part of the resister and the connectors over heat so unplug it and inspect for melting you might need both a resister and the connector

You have to check speed sensor,could be worn out.

ask the parts guys if they have another brand and compare. I have changed them, and although some wires may be a different color, if the plug fits, it should work. Check another brand first to see the color and try to avoid Bosch as they seem to brake often shortly after the warranty expires on them.

if you hit a pothole at any time recently then you could have jarred a wheel sensor I would take it in and let the dealer service or a good brake shop look at it..

what year is the motor you put in? there is 3 different 4 cylinder ones. does the motor crank.

You would need to get the computer scanned for trouble codes. The codes will direct you or a mechanic on what to test.
