Where is the lower pressure control cycling switch

The low pressure switch is on the accumulator and can be replaced with out evuacting the system . The high pressure switch is on the compressor DO NOT REMOVE IT WITH OUT EVACTUATING THE SYSTEM FIRST

So if you replace the iginition coil on the saturn ion will that fix the starting issue/problem?

How far have you gone into the iginition system, you could have secondary firing problems in spark plug wires. and or plugs

2005 saturn ion 3 with factory immobilizer and

It is the ignition coil. It is a known problem, though the dealer will try to make you pay for it because it is not considered a safety issue. The coil misfires in cold temperature causing the car to think that someone is trying to start it without a key. Wait about 15 mintues and it should start.

My car dont star it all

check all related wiring,and connections,you may have a bad ,or lose connection some where.retrace everything you did checking that everything is installed properly.
