In the under hood fuse box ! It will be marked on the inside of the lid .

Not fun, that is for sure. If you cannot get to the core through the area behind the glove box, it will be a bear of a job.

Maybe 5 or 6 years , depends . Battery in my chevy cavalier lasted 6 yr's .

the big fuse box is under the hood and the little fuse box is located under dash just to the left of the steering wheel have a wonderful day

Did you check for power reaching the motor? Switch? Motor?

I think you may suspect the hazard (4 way flasher) switch at this moment. The indicator wiring goes thru the Haz switch as standard because of the system requirments. Either a loose plug connector or improper reset hazard on / off position at switch. Good luck

If the bulb is definitely good then check the bulb contacts and socket for presence of corrosion that will prevent it from working. Also check for the presence of current at socket.

Disarming an Armed System/Silencing an Alarm If system arming has been requested by the keyless entry transmitter, it must be disarmed. Important: Using the power door unlock switch or manually unlocking the doors does not disable the CTD armed mode. Also, disconnecting the battery or pulling fuses does not disable the armed mode, since the BCM stores the CTD mode status in memory. ?€¢ To disarm the CTD system in arm pending mode, SECURITY indicator flashing and doors open, perform 1 of the following:

- Press the UNLOCK button on the keyless entry transmitter.

- Insert a valid key into the ignition and start the vehicle.

- Press the UNLOCK button on the keyless entry transmitter.

- Insert a valid key into the ignition and start the vehicle.

- Insert a valid key into the ignition and start the vehicle.

You may need a locksmith to recode the passlock system.

if your car has a standard transmission then the icon of the engine that has arrow pointing down might be an indicator that you need to down shift , as the other symbol ive seen only once before it was on a Bmw and was a symbol for the valet mode , it down tunes the engine and inhibits all the luxury features (like radio) for just the valet to park your car , its possible these two icons are related
