WHEN I TURN WHEEL TO THE LEFT IT MAKES A GRATING
Sounds like it might be a front left wheel bearing.Check to see that nothing is binding against the steering mechanism first by turning the wheel hard left, block the car, remove the wheel and check for any rubbing.Check the wheel well at this time as well.If the noise got louder over a period of time then it is most likely a wheel bearing or bad CV shaft(if so equiped).Good Luck
Heater nor ac blower not
The problem is going to be the fan relay. It is located under the dash on the passenger side. Sometimes you can give the dash a bump next to the glove box and the fan will come on. Even though it comes on, all that does is proves that it is the relay. The relay will malfunction again. And will need to be replaced.
No power to engine no tick over
suggest you try to boost the car off by another car. you may have to have the cables hooked to your car for about 15minutes to let your battery build up enough to start yours though.or if you have a battery charger, hook it to it and let it charge for 15minutes. hope this helps and thank you for choosing fixya.com

Jaguar x type bluetooth
If your car has the Bluetooth phone option fitted (most models with the touch screen 2006 onwards do) You may get the message SIG instead of Phone connected.
Please see
http://www.blujag.co.uk for detailed bluetooth instructions.
Glow plug warning light comes on whilst driving
Hi. Common problems with these are Egr valves, injectors, injector pumps and turbo failure. Try to get a fault code relating to whichever the item is at fault. Yo may want to start first with the EGR since this is very common for this type of vehicle.
My x type diesel jag really judders on the front
hi its kevin from curtin.workshop @hotmail.com i think its your tension pulley wheel for the belt. rev engine look at pulley if it shakes thats your problem. you will need new tension pulley.
What engine oil for jaguar x-type 2.0d
API SL and ILSAC GF-3 is the original fluid specification but if your climate is ranging from -30 degree celcius to +50 degree celcius, you may use 0W-30/5W-30
The brake light is on
this problem is almost certainly caused by a failed Anti lock hydraulic control unit, have the system tested to confirm this, the light being on indicates a failure of the system, a fault code will be in the memory of the ABS module for that fault.
Alternator is not putting out enough volt
car off, at battery there should be at least 13 volts. when running there should be at least 14-14.2 volts at battery. if not check wiring before changing alternator. also make sure the battery connections are clean and tight. good-luck!!
05 jaguar x w/almost 60,000 miles. Yesterday car
Hi, this is not a common problem with Jaguar at 60,000 miles and i have not even heard about this (certainly the first time hearing this).
It's good you are extending your warranty on it with will afford the car to get optimum and maximum attention from Jaguar inside of a road side mechanic.
Best advice: Don't try driving it, because of the little experience you previously had. It should be flat bedded.......
Water getting into passenger footwell.
Air
Yes, it's the ac drain that is blocked. It's black plastic tube on the firewall in the engine bay, passenger side: clean it and unclog it wit a long tie-zip. It will probably easier to access it from below - if you don't want to get dirty every guy at a car wash where you can go under the car could do it for you.
