The is no 'EDM' fuse. Do you mean 'ECM'?
Engine Control Module, the engine main computer that makes everything work.
get car fixed, that is what CEL on means, and codes mean.
if you want to learn car repair read the book?
are you asking for use to teach you 50 years school and experiences in a 3 inch text box. , really?
1312 just one code, and weak engine, misfiring or bogging ?
3.2L, 2 cams or 4, the 4 cam is 6vd1W engine.
Ignition current Sense System Secondary Line #2 Circuit, Confirmed
this engine has 6 COPS, (coils over plugs) so...
ever get a full tune up in last decade,?
bad spark plug #2
bad spark coil #2
for sure I dont know what engine you have, no photo of if
nor VIN code 8th digit telling me this key fact.
if you had, id be more accurate
left front coil bad or spark plug or omg the boot on it bad
$1.49 spark plug
$15 boot
$150 coil
the cheapone is the tune up part, what say do that first?
its a spark plasma code, the high voltage plasma is weak.
(fancy DTC this) like my jeeps have.
find the dead short in the fuel pump circuit or pump itself
test by removing the power wire from the pump and see if the fuse blows .if it does it is a wire / relay problem
if not then it is the pump itself
25 days old.??
car has 4 wheels, must be guess end of car?
2wd or 4wd, yup , be different.
why not just log in to mitchells DIY and end the saga... google it)
ill toss coin for you, lands heads, for front.
front wheel bearings.
2wd
Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions Section.
Raise and support the front end.
Remove the caliper from the anchor plate and suspend it out of the way.
Disconnect the ABS sensor.
Remove the rotor.
Remove the bolts attaching the hub to the knuckle.
Installation is the reverse of removal. Torque the hub bolts to 76 ft. lbs. (103 Nm).
4wd:
Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions Section.
Place the transfer case in 2WD.
Raise and support the front end.
Remove the caliper from the anchor plate and suspend it out of the way.
Remove the rotor.
Loosen the caulking around the front driveshaft nuts. Remove the nuts and discard them.
Remove the 4 hub retaining bolts.
NOTE
If the hub is difficult to remove, install 2 long bolt in the bolt holes and strike them to loosen the hub.
Installation is the reverse of removal. Torque the hub bolts to 76 ft. lbs. (103 Nm). Use new driveshaft nuts, torquing them to 181 ft. lbs. (245 Nm). Apply new caulking. The caulk should be free of cracks when applied.
Electrical issue. The heat or air draws more current and the electrical system probably drops voltage below the threshold the electronic control module can handle. First check that the Alternator is charging correctly. When running the system should have 13 to14.7 volts measured at the battery. If you turn on the heat/AC and it drops significantly you have a current draw issue (most likely bad fan motor, or short) If the voltage is below 13 volts when the car is running your alternator is likely bad.
a little longer before cranking.
what does that mean?
dont crank,
cranks slow.
cranks (Fast) called normal.
cranks fast starts, then stalls.
cranks fast, starts easy, starts, runs and stays running, normal
at what point does it fail, and how exactly.
we can't hear it, or watch you, so...................................
car came with 2 fobs (fobs dead to car door?)
you left out the noun for what (DOORS)
all fobs dead. right.
if yes, 1 or both are dead we change the batteriers first.
in the fobs. unless $1000 in car electronics is cheap to you.
or labor fixing that....
the batteries, are like 1 buck.
after market remote starter?
what?
The black box you have says abs that's for your brakes. My four wheel drive done the same thing it was a vacuum solenoid located on the front axel had about six or 8 vacuum hoses going to it I got one out of a junk yard.
using 4wd on dry pavement. 2003 Rodeo !
part time is for dirt or ice roads only.
so are you using 4L on pavement, yes, then dont if car is part time.
post your vin or tell what 4wd system you have.
do you have TOD option?, Torque on demand.
so do post what wheels (tires) are touching, in 4L.
if in 4L. now.
we cant guess road surfaces...
if attempting PT on dry roads, stop doing so.
or you will windup the driveline and damage it.
i cant find the options list on Rodeos. seems 2wd or part time.
here is how TOD works, and is totally different that PART TIME.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1qfLAAGkaSI
i think this is not an option for Rodeo. but specs are weak... IMO
see the 4 wheels here, this TOD,
If it is just clicking then the starter motor is not turning over and you will not be able to start the engine.
You need to check...
1. The starter motor relay. If it has failed you will get no power to the starter motor and you replace it with a new relay. Your owners manual shows you the location of the relay.
2. Check the power supply to the starter solenoid and then from the starter solenoid to the starter motor itself.
3. If these are getting the correct current then you may have either a failed starter motor solenoid or the motor itself. Do not just replace the starter motor and assume that will fix the problem (as some people do) without doing all the essential wiring and current checks. If there is a wiring failure or the starter unit is not receiving the correct power you need to address that issue.
The P0240 code I believe has nothing to do with the starting issue. It relates to the catalytic converters on the exhaust system.
Read about the issue from the link below or look up numerous other references.

if this is an independent front end the the camber can be adjusted by shims or eccentric washers on the lower arm
If it is a full axle the there are off set bearing cups available that a wheel alignment shop can fit when checking the camber. These bearing caps are available from places like Pedders and other accredited suspension shops.
