Looking at wiring diagrams , using A DMM- digital multi-meter an testing the electrical circuit's is the way to find the problem . Because without testing anything said on here would just be guessing . Someone mite get lucky suggesting something to replace, this or that . You could replace a bunch of parts too , before fixing the problem. There is a relay in the electrical circuit that egages the compressor clutch on command from the PCM/ECM -engine computer . Windshield wipers problem could be a simple loose connection ,ground or voltage . Or the motor could be getting ready to go out all together . Free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html Enter vehicle info. year , make , model an engine size . Under system click on HVAC ,then under subsystem click on HVAC controls . Click search button then the first blue link . Shows fuse's ,relay ,A/C pressure switch , evap. temp sensor . All these have to be right or the computer will not turn on the compressor . The computer would also have to see a command from the HVAC control head . Alot has to happen before the computer will turn on the A/C . Starter motor on the 2004 accord turns slowly and the battery is new.

bushes in the motor are warn if it rotates slowly. or slows down then cool off period and its fine. you can replace them but its usually more easier just to change the starter motor, when replacing the motor ask when you get new one if they pay for return of old motor as some places will either give you monies off or money when you bring in old one.

A/c compressor won't kick on

The system likely has a leak, the compressor will not engage below a certain charge.

Starter motor on the 2004 accord turns slowly and the battery is new.

See if you have any corrosion inside of the insulation of the cable itself. It might be creating a high resistance between the starter and battery.

I have a 2004 honda

sounds a bit like a worn ignition key barrel. if the barrel wiggles by applying pressure to the key then its probably time to replace it. most barrels last about 90K miles, or about 10 - 15 years of use as a rough guide. but obviously some cars travel that distance in 2 years or less and will still be very good as far as a key barrel goes. you may need to dismantle it and have a look. you could always tap in a 12v supply from something else to the radio temporarily and see if the speedo stays good. may be fog lamp switch?

I have a 2007 honda rubicon 500. oil light came on

It is a bit hard to diagnose issues like this without looking at the machine so a local mechanic familiar with these machines is probably the best next step. Did you check the oil level when the oil light came on. If it is low on oil and you kept using it, it is likely that the problem is a lot more serious than a blown head gasket. You may have badly damaged a big end bearing or a main bearing.

My 2004 honda accord has an underneath leak. What can this be?

You know I've experienced some pretty weird things that stomped me. I had a small pin like hole in my heater core..It leaked out of a small rubber hose on the right side (Passenger side) which is about where you said it was leaking...It was such a small leak that the water in radiator wasn't low...Put you finger in the liquid your leaking then smell it...If it smells like antifreeze this might be the problem. Its hard to see color from such a small leak...The other thing it could be is that your windshield water drains are clogged up...A lot of people park there cars outside were leaves and pine straw clogg up the drain some...So after it rains or car wash the water will gather and only drip out slowly...And there are two drains one the driver and passenger sides of your car...And it drains from a little rubber hose...You can get under car with a long nail to get it draining again...or take the medal plate off under windshield to get all the leaves or pine straw out...Its not hard to do....Just another two problems to check.....Hope this helps..
