Sounds like a charging system issue. Just because the alternator itself tested fine doesn't mean it's getting power to the car and battery. Charge the battery and start the car (with everything connected normally, including alternator). While car is idling, disconnect the battery (negative post wI'll do). If car dies, there's a problem with the alternator wiring/harness. Once the vehicle is running, the alternator should provide plenty of power. Check voltage at battery (from alternator) and should be around 14V. Check alternator fuse.
Could be the voltage regulator in the alternator going out, which would need a new alternator.

It must be programmed so off to the dealer it can't be done at home.

All I can tell u from here is that there is an electrical short in that circuit. Wiring in the circuit must be traced to find the short.

If there is no check engine light on then you most likely have to replace the engine mounts.

I'd check your injectors. That starting fluid can clog the injectors

Complete turn up to include fuel and air filters. Then check to see how it starts. If still problem, let us know what the problems are.

P1193 = "Inlet Air Temp. Circuit High". The PCM apparently sees too much voltage from the inlet air temperature sensor. I suspect this sensor is in the rubber ducting to the throttle body, or possibly in the intake manifold. Check that the connector is firmly attached and that the wiring to the connector is intact - no breaks or fraying.

You must have a chip key or the computer must be re-programed to bypass the screem module.

Likely relay is drawing excess current due to contacts being burnt, but this was probably caused by bad fuel pump drawing excess current also.

I have had problems with rubber seals staying in the grooves before. When it happens, I seal them in place with silicone. Let them sit for awhile so the silicone sets up.
