Replace the ign. lock cylinder and chip key to fix it. The tiny wires to the lock cylinder have broken that ore part of the cylinder. Common problem.

I have seen this problem before and the cause could be TCC Staying in Lock-up or an Electrical Issue within the Engine itself or a Fuel Delivery Issue.If the Transmission TCC is the issue, try driving at slower speeds (below 30 and come to a stop, does it Shut off then? Increase Speed by 10 and try again. Does it react differently once you go above 42-45 MPH?

it's attached to the steering column you have to take off the kick plate and metal shield under the steering wheel the flasher is going to be a black electronic box clipped to the steering column or nearby if it's been serviced before.

if all else fails go buy the flasher so you know what it looks like.
