When you refilled the radiator did you burp the system to get all the air out of the lines if you get trapped air in the coolent system then the coolent doesn't circulate like its supposed to and gets hot spots. If you arent confident on how to do it take it to a shop and they will get you squared away. (To do it yourself with the vehicle cold park with the radiator at the highest point take off the radiator cap and let the vehicle run till it warms up and then watch for air bubbles and then top off your radiator and put the radiator cap back on your done)hope this helps

check your fuses fist and always when electrical things stop working ,there should be a fuse location finder in your owners manual,and under the hood you should also have a power distribution box and then one inside on the left side by the drivers left leg or lower dash panel

A defective Throttle Position Sensor can play heck with shifting and that is about it.

If you do not have a button on your shifter or a position where OD is displayed for the shifter, then the car most likely stays in OD as a set gear and when you need drive you push the gas pedal beyond halfway down. OD LIGHT THERE IS A BUTTON TO TURN IT OFF OR ON SOMEWHERE ON THE DASH OR CONSOLE, IT MEANS YOU CAR IS IN OVERDRIVE , OK IF YOU PUCH THE BUTTON FOR OVERDRIVE ADND THE LIGHT DOES NOT SHUT OFF PROBABLY A BAD SENSOR ON THE ****** ITSELF, AMYBE A SHORTRD WIRE TO THE OD ON THE TRANS

Check all the fuses in the power distribution box by the battery. Does your car have a body control module? Could be a ground somewhere. too, that's bad. dunno.

Make sure your radiator cap is new as well. I sounds like you may have to bleed the air out of the system. There is a bleeder screw near the water inlet neck that is for this purpose.

Could be worn out serpentine belt or one of your pulleys is in need of replacing.

This is called "limp mode" you should have a mechanic diagnose the problem.

Have you checked your radiator fans? They may not be coming on.

you have to disconnect the fan wiring harness from it's connection and simply run to wires from a 12v source to the leads of the connector to the fan. It shouldn't matter which way you connect the wires on the power source. If the fan operates then you know it is good. Maybe your fan is obstructed causing it to not operate properly.

Either you battery is truly bad or you alternator is failing or has failed.
