My jeep cherokee is missing
I guess I wasn't the only one that couldn't help but take the opening of that line. Have you had a tuneup as of late? First guess and cheap solution to try and besides it would not good idea anyway would be to run injector cleaner and dry gas through fuel. water will give you a miss and poor performance. Cheap enough to do no mater what. Have a free check done at Auto Zone for any codes. Wire spark plug wires for breaks along with spark voltage at the cap and plugs. get back to me

93 jeep cherokee transmission having hard time
Delay in shifting is generally caused by either an internal seal beginning to leak (takes longer to build pressure) or a sticking control valve. You can try changing the fluid and filter and adding lucas conditioner...if that does not help likely it's time for a rebuild. There is nothing external you can adjust on those.

It want crank unless it's in neutral.now it want
Yes...two center terminals on the switch connector that are not on the side where the clip is. The switch is around $200 new but cheaper in a scrapyard. You can also carefully take it apart and clean it but take care because internal parts fall out easily.
If you must bypass, use a push button so it isn't on all the time and ALWAYS make sure it's in park before starting (foot on the brake)

1993 jeep Cherokee just cranks wont start
To start any engine you need three things. 1. fuel (getting into the cylinders...at the rail is not enough) 2. Air make sure the air filter is not blocked. 3. Spark (needs to happen at the correct time as well as just being there.
You have taken care of some of these items but have not mentioned exactly what you have/don't have. Do you see spark coming from the coil wire as it is being cranked? Is there spark coming from the wires at the plugs? Does the fuel pressure read normal at the rail? Is the fuel reaching the cylinders? What is the compression? Three mechanics and none can figure it out? shame on them!!
Get yourself a Haynes or Chilton manual and run through the sensor tests. You need a decent digital multi-meter to do that. I'm attaching a link for a wiring diagram so you can see what goes to what.
Don't loose sight of the fact that there is an engine underneath all the electronics...everything there needs to be good or nothing will help. http://www.scribd.com/doc/18999822/Jeep-Wiring-2
At this point I'm betting on a crank sensor or shutdown relay not working but you need to test before doing anything.
Good luck!

My blinkers wont work
Please clarify for me if both turn signals work correctly when the 4 ways are turned on or do they work together. If they work together than you need a new turn signal flasher. There are two, one for the for ways and another for the turn.

The neutral safety switch is faulty which would explain why sometimes you have to position it in neutral for it to start. The switch is located on side of the transmission,It has a long wiring harness that runs up near the transmission dipstick tube.U can purchase that switch at advance auto.

If you didn't have a problem with the wheel before you started the job, you may not have the pitman arm aligned properly on the shaft. If you are sure that's ok then move tie rod adjustments equally in the direction you need to go. (example: if wheels point right with steering wheel straight, turn right side in several turns and left side out the exact same number of turns). Or, have the toe in re-set at an alignment shop.
